Elfin is part of our Asian team and handles its regional cases. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland. He has extensive experience in prosecuting applications in the fields of biotechnology, information technology and financial technology.
Prior to joining Pizzeys, Elfin worked in a boutique patent firm specializing in preparing and prosecuting US patent applications in the field of semiconductor technology for 5 years. As a result, he is well-versed in US patent law and adept at handling semiconductor inventions.
Before his lateral move to the IP profession, Elfin had several years’ working experience in various life sciences research institutions, including microbiology and virology research laboratories.
